MANILA, Philippines – In celebration of the 6th anniversary of The Hague’s ruling on the Philippines’ ownership over the West Philippine Sea, think tank group Stratbase ADR Institute holds a conference titled “Redefining Maritime Cooperation in the Indo-Pacific in an Age of Uncertainty.”
